Bluefin were engaged to lead a development project exploring suitable alternative technologies. Identifying vendors with strong track record; devised scoring criteria for technical evaluation; assessing concept solutions and evaluated strengths/limitations specific to our client’s asset; created a cost-effective weld qualification programme; and managed IVB to ensure final product compliance.
